Kathy "Kate" Kennedy, age 66, of Ballwin, MO, died Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She was born March 29, 1950 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of the late Brownie and Billie (Neiss) Frost. She married John Kennedy. He survives.
