Barbara Winschel, age 32, died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 . SHe was born November 22, 1984, the daughter of the late Leon and Cheryl (Nephew) Winschel. She is survived by two children: Damian Winschel and Tristen Heskett; and one brother, Billy Nephew.
