I am so sorry for you loss. I was shocked when I saw it on FB a little while ago. I don't know what happened, but he was way to young to be gone. I cannot express how bad I feel for you and the rest of your family. Prayers to you to help you through this terrible time.

I am very sorry for you're loss and frankly shocked by Bett's passing. I don't know any details and just found out last night before work. I worked with Brett for a short time and new him from the Harris House. All I can say is that I will remember him as being a positive and upbeat guy who looked at the bright side of situations despite our circumstances..He Helped me allot and was a big part of the "WE" that would save and then change my life. I will not forget him and will try to honor him in my future actions.

Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss includes Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up". And the Bible also says "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will forever reside upon it". Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection. This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering.
