Obituary for Salomon Noguera, MD
Salomon Noguera, M.D., 89, died after having a stroke on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri. He was born on July 4, 1926 in Leon, Nicaragua to Salomon & Mercedes Noguera. In 1956 he married Gladys Florinda Hernandez and they raised their son, Solomon Noguera, M.D., together. Salomon was a practicing physician for 40 years. He worked at Manteno Mental Health Center in Illinois for 30 years and was the medical director for the last 12 years he was there. Salomon is survived by his loving wife Gladys, their son Solomon (Marvena) and his granddaughters Felecia and Sheena. There will be a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his honor to St. Vincent de Paul.
