Karen Ann Lower died Friday, October 7, 2016 at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Louis County. She was the daughter of Elmer Spurr and the late Shirley Spurr; loving mother of Brandon Lower; dear sister of Kathy Wood. Karen is an aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend to many.
