Condolence From: Jewell Stratton
Condolence: A year ago you left this life for hopefully a better and more peaceful one. Although you are not with us you are thought of daily. Our children love and miss you and all your talents that you had passed on. Wish you were here so you could pass on more. Here's to you flying in your taxi and me flying in the sky.

Condolence: It’s been almost a year since He last smiled at me. Making jokes and teasing me to the very end. Even though I don’t see him, I know he is with me.
I am greatful to have been blessed to have him as my father.
I am also blessed that my kids were able to make so many memories with him. Teaching Cass how to tie flies, his impromptu jam sessions with Olivia and going kayaking with us.

Condolence: Dear Dad,
I can't thank you enough for all the love and support you gave me. Everything you gave me while you where here on this earth filled every need I may have had. You taught me so many things. You will always be with me every time I pull out a tape measure, cut a board, lay a brick, weld a joint, or operate heavy equipment. No material items could replace that. I will do my best to be the best Son, Brother, Father, Man I can be. I love you Dad and will miss sitting around playing guitars and singing songs with you. Your son Justin

Condolence: Richard was my dear husband and is missed terribly. I am so thankful for the time we had together. Fun and laughter every day. No one had ever shown me so much love in my life and I never had such a great companion to share my days with.
He was not only my husband, he was my best friend, my soulmate, my lover and my mentor. Loved playing guitar and singing with him. Every day seemed like a holiday with him. His humor was awesome. Never did one day go by that we didn't tell each other how much in love we were. Rest in peace Richard. I will be seeing you again. Love you forever.

Condolence: Memories beyond words
Richard was a great man, father, guitarist and vocalist. We shared many years together including music, childern, building homes and so much more. He was such a caring man for family and life. A life full of fun, celebrations and times of sorrow. I was so lucky to have him be a part of my life. Always remembered and never forgotten my friend.

Condolence: Richard was my dear cousin whom I am so happy I got to visit with in his last years. We played together as kids but lost touch as we got older, then reconnected a few years ago. My husband and I will always cherish getting to listen to him play his guitar on my parents front porch. It was fascinating. I got to visit with him one last time in February of 2017 in Memphis where we met up for the day. So happy for that day. RIP my sweet cousin. I will always love you.

Condolence: Richard was a man who lived many lives in his short time here on earth. He loved his children and grandchildren with everything he had. Thank you Richard for all the joyous memories you brought to all that knew you. Now you are out of pain and I know Grandmama, your mom and dad where waiting for you so they could share all their love. I know you will continue to watch over our children and grandchildren and help guide them from heaven. God Bless you.

Condolence: My Grandpa Richard was such a giving and loving man. Everybody knows that he was good with his hands. He’s built Jordan and I playhouses and trikes that never seem to wear down. Grandpa’s spirit never seemed to wear down either. He was so heartfelt and went the extra mile to make it to all of our important events. I always looked forward to his visits and listening to his music. I’ll forever love and miss my “groovy” grandpa.
Love Jessica

Condolence: So many memories. How do we narrow them all down. Some of the happiest moments in my life were spent listening to Uncle Dick, my Grandpa, my dad and "Uncle" Richard play music together. Music goes back along way in our little family. But beyond the music was a soul that cared far more than he let on. One thing I could count on was I had Richard to talk to or to make me feel like I was part of this family or a part of anything really. Through the years our lives got busy, I grew up and moved away and I never got to tell him just how much he meant. To thank him for all the times he was my rock. Thank You Richard and may you Fly High Uncle.
